Shipping Information

A. Shipping costs and information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the scope of your order, shipping is done via Deutsche Post, DPD, Hermes, or DHL.

If you wish a package to be sent to another country, please send us an e-mail to info@gamine-leather.com before placing an order and please give us the item with the quantity and delivery address of the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you as quickly as possible whether we can also ship to the desired country, as well as let you know the shipping costs should delivery be possible.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat fee per order of €4.50. When shipping to the German islands, we do not charge an island surcharge.

II. Shipping outside Germany

We deliver to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia

We send international shipments using Deutsche Post Warenversand International tracked and with signature, unless otherwise advised. Shipping costs vary by package weight. Costs per package total weight are as follows:

under 500g / 1.1 lbs – €8.50
501g – 1000g / 1.1 – 2.2 lbs – €12.50
1001g – 2000g / 2.2 – 4.4 lbs – €23.50

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs in individual cases, which are not the responsibility of the seller and which are to be borne by the customer. This includes, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also be incurred in relation to the transfer of funds if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.

After clicking on the “PayPal” button, you will be redirected to your PayPal account. From here you can make the payment using your previously stored methods.

It is also possible to pay with PayPal without an account, including Sepa bank transfers and payment by credit card. Please follow the directions provided by Paypal during the checkout process.

Information on calculating the delivery time

The period for delivery begins in the case of payment by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution. For other payment methods, it begins the day after concluding the contract and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the State at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such a day.

If you order several items with us for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods together unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the shipment of goods applies to the item of your order with the longest delivery time.
